Wilderness Explorers is a summer program for children ages 8-11 anchored on environmental literacy, exploration, and fun.
About this event
In “Tree ID,” explorers learn to identify and understand trees by their identifying features: leaves, bark, twigs, flowers, fruit, and seeds. They test their new knowledge on a guided hike.
Class size is limited. Additional sections may be added based on demand. Parents are welcome to accompany the class or enjoy the park separately during the class. Please order one free ticket per participating child. Follow the link below to register.
