Check out a variety of skins, skulls, tracks & scat to learn about the animals you may see; and the ones you'll only see by the things they leave behind.
Location: Day-use Picnic Area.
Time: drop by anytime between 2:30P-3:30P.
Distance: no hiking.
IMPORTANT: Reservations are required to enter the State Natural Area Friday through Sunday, on holidays or during school breaks. You can check day pass availability online at TexasStateParks.ReserveAmerica.com.
Entrance fees: $8/adult; children 12 and under are free; no additional fees for park programs. Entry is free with a Texas State Parks Pass.
All programs are weather dependent -- if it rains, the Summit Trail and all elevated areas of the park are closed.
