Learn about and see the moon!

Join the Hill Country Astronomers at LBJ State Park for a night of learning about astronomy! The evening begins with an educational program in the Visitor Center Auditorium at 6:30PM, followed by telescope viewing in the parking lot. The park store will be open until 7:15PM for drinks, snacks, and souvenirs! This program is free of charge! If you bring a flashlight, please cover with red cellophane to preserve night vision!

In the event that weather is not suitable for viewing the night sky, the educational program will still take place!
