What: 

Self-guided iNaturalist project that will focus on Texas pollinators and the plants they pollinate- a critical foundation for our native ecosystems and food supply.

Location:

Throughout Government Canyon SNA

How to Participate: 

Option 1: Use iNaturalist to make and submit pollinator and plant observations to the 2021 Texas Pollinator BioBlitz Project 

Option 2: Post your pollinator photos during the event to your own Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook accounts (use #txpollinators) 

Important: Day-use reservations are strongly encouraged to enter Government Canyon SNA. You can check availability online at texasstateparks.reserveamerica.com. A specific registration for this event is not required.
Please make sure to check in at the Visitor Center for the event each day between 8:30a-4:30p.

Entrance fees: $6/adult; children 12 and under are free; no additional fees for programs. All ages and abilities are encouraged to participate!
